WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR GIFT BOXES?

Our gifts are packaged in a white glossed magnetic gift box with a gray satin ribbon or a black glossed magnetic gift box with black satin ribbon. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM GIFTS?

YES! Below is the process for Custom Gifting for Client, Corporate and Wedding gifts:

STEP 1.) Please fill out our intake form that can be found in the “CUSTOM” link. We ask for some preliminary info so we can understand your needs and manage your expectations.

STEP 2.) Once we receive the form, we will reach out to schedule a phone consultation to dive a bit deeper into what you are looking for.

STEP 3.) Following our call, the initial design proposal will be created, inclusive of estimated pricing, visuals and next steps, to help you decide if we are a good fit. Please note, all proposals are custom and range in price. The initial gift design is always complimentary and takes about 1-2 weeks to create.

STEP 4.) If you would like to move forward with our services upon receiving the initial design, a 50% deposit of the discussed budget is required. Budgets vary case by case and are discussed during Steps 2-3.

STEP 5.) We will work with you on design revisions until you are completely satisfied! Have a wish list? Let us know. We love bringing ideas to life. Once the final design is approved and final payment submitted, it is time for us to order the inventory and begin assembly!

STEP 6.) We will handle everything regarding shipping and delivery. If you are local, we can discuss delivery options! Additional travel fees apply.

Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the US via UPS, FedEx, USPS. Our platform will provide all details at checkout!
